The CSV Media Clubhouse in Ipswich is an NGO digital multimedia centre with music and community art facilities. It is part of the national charity Community Service Volunteers and provides work-based training in media and ICT skills to improve employability and increase diversity in the media. For the last few years it has been successfully running 2 projects which are directly related to the integration of the third country nationals, and it intends to build on this experience in its project proposal for the EIF Community Actions call. The proposed project – Action for ICON (Integrating Communities and Overseas Nationals) - aims to:
? Develop common European training modules for migrants’ integration addressing specific integration related issues
? Conduct technical seminars and working groups addressing specific integration related issues
? Comparative analysis and research on specific integration related issues
